PAYMENT
PJs Pretty’s uses PayPal as our payment processor, so Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards are all accepted. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

So do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?
No, you can pay with your credit card without setting up a PayPal account. Choose "PayPal" and click the "Pay Now" button. This will bring you directly to the PayPal page. Select the "do not have a PayPal account" option. Complete your credit card information as requested.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. I do not see your credit card number; PayPal informs me that you've paid and I then ship your purchase to you. And PayPal offers buyer's protection.

SHIPPING
All orders ship within 2 business days of purchase (except custom request orders).  I send a shipping notification via e-mail to you once your package has shipped. All items ship carefully padded in a bubble wrap mailer for shipping purposes, but also nicely wrapped in a jewelry box, ready for gift giving.
How is my package shipped?
I am located in Canada. All packages are shipped via Canada Post, with shipping available Monday - Friday (Canada Post does not process mail on weekends or holidays). PLEASE ensure your PayPal address is up to date, as this is the address used for shipping.
Shipping within Canada:
All shipping within Canada is via Expedited Service (tracked and insured) and is a flat rate cost of $10.00 CAD for up to 12 items.
Shipping to the U.S. and international Locations:
U.S. and International Shipping are via Canada Post Regular Air Mail Services. There is no tracking available with regular air mail services (this helps to keep your shipping costs down, as international tracking is an expensive option here in Canada).  Average shipping time frame for Regular Air Mail Services to the U.S. is 1-3 weeks, but occasionally, due to customs delays or mail volume, may take longer.  Average shipping time frame for Regular Air Mail services to Europe, Australia, and most other international locations is 2 to 5 weeks, but occasionally, due to customs delays or mail volume, may take longer. If you would like a shipping upgrade quote, please contact me prior to purchase.
International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and charges that may apply; they are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase. 
Can I ship a gift to someone else?
If you are purchasing an item as a gift, I am happy to include a small card with a message, please contact me with wording.  Please be aware, I must legally put a customs form on the outside of all packages to the U.S. and all International Destinations, listing item details and the CAD dollar value of the item(s), and I include an invoice in the package, for customs purposes (if you let me know it is a gift, I can add a gift receipt instead of an invoice).  I do not ship gift orders to third party business addresses, I require a home address to ship to if you have purchased a gift you want shipped to someone else.
What if my package doesn’t arrive?
This is very rare, but once in awhile the post office loses a package. While packages almost always arrive much more quickly, I allow the postal service 4 weeks for North American shipments and 6 weeks for International shipments before sending a replacement item or refunding for non-delivery. This is because at certain times of the year, the mail system in one or both countries slows down, due to customs delays or mail volume. Both are beyond my control. Prior to refunding for a lost package, you will be required to fill out a legal insurance form acknowledging that you have not received the package.
 
RETURNS
I want my customers to be happy with their purchase, so if for some reason you are not, please contact me within 7 days of delivery of purchase.  Items must be shipped back to me within 14 days of delivery. Shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Any refund will be processed once the items are received back, in their original (new) condition. 
 
A NOTE ABOUT PHOTOS
All pieces are photographed up close to show true detail; images appear larger than they are so you can see detail properly, particularly earrings. Please pay attention to size reference pictures and measurements given in the item descriptions. Please contact me prior to purchase if you have any questions about the size of an item. I photograph in natural light and do my best to capture accurate color representation, but the materials in some stone make 100% accurate color representation difficult in photos. As well, computer monitors display color differently, so there may be some variation in color from one screen to the next. Also don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about bracelet sizing, or any other details.
